TEC is a seasoned planner that specializes in the wedding/event field. Our goal is to ensure that your wedding/ event is enjoyable, memorable and stress-free for you and your entire family right from the stage proposal until the music fades at the end of your day.

A venue coordinator is only knowledgeable in their venue and what it offers. S/he will not liaise closely with your vendors (unless they are also based onsite). They will not be there to ensure the pre-planned schedule is adhered, provide ad hoc help/advice on the day, oversee your vendors etc.

We go out of our way to help in selecting the best and budget-friendly venue and vendors for your event.

We develop a professional relationship with you and the chosen venue. We endeavour to bring your ideas and dreams to reality.

Yes. We offer the following packages
Consultancy : for the clients who have ample time to plan their events however need help with kickstarting it.

Full planning : for the clients who would like a planner to help right from the onset to the end.

Month-of-coordination: for the clients whose events are round the corner or who have planned in advance however need hands-on help on the day of the event.

Fabric selection/logistics – we offer unique fabric selection for our African clients, their family and friends. We can also help with the distribution logistics.
